# Oil Spill Disaster in Tampa Bay
Tampa Bay is popular as a true hot spot among the world's dream destinations because here you can discover a land replete with rich arts, professional sports, sights to see and things to do you won't find anywhere else. However is recently in news because of extensive water pollution due to oil spilling which although invisible at the surface level, yet is still gushing a mile beneath the surface.
The water pollution has taken such severe form in Tampa that it is no longer restricted as local Tampa news but has emerged as a global concern as major changes in the water quality and the ecological status of water adversely affect the marine life. The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service are providing wildlife rehabilitation facilities as 10 birds were found dead from the oil. Finally the concerning news in Tampa Bay is that this idyllic land, once a dream destination for vacation has grown highly anecdotal.
